Terms of use and sale

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These general terms of use and sale (the "terms") apply to the use of the Afus app and to the purchase of its licences. By creating an account or buying a licence, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose

These terms set the rules for using the Afus app, the free trial and the Basic, Pro and Business annual licences.

2. Publisher

Afus is published by Tisnel LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Studio: Tisnel. Contact: contact@afus.app, WhatsApp +212 689 122 814. See the legal notice.

3. The service

Afus is point-of-sale and stock management software for Windows PCs and Android phones. It is linked to an online service that stores the shop's data and shares it between its devices. Selling remains possible without internet; sales are sent when the connection returns.

The available features depend on the plan (Basic, Pro or Business), described on the Pricing page.

4. Testing phase

Afus is currently in a testing phase. No online payment is open: the "Buy" button will be available soon. During this phase, features may change and some bugs may remain; we recommend downloading a backup of your shop regularly.

5. Account

Sign-up is open to all and creates a shop of which you are the administrator. You provide accurate information and keep your password secret. The administrator can create staff accounts and reset their passwords. You are responsible for the use of your shop's accounts.

6. Free trial

Each new shop gets a 30-day free trial with the Pro plan features, with no payment method required. Only one trial is granted per device: if the device has already been used for a trial, the new shop is created without a trial; its data can still be viewed and exported, and everything works as soon as a licence is activated.

7. Annual licence

The licence is valid for one year, for a one-time payment. It is tied to the shop's account, not to a device. If you buy the same plan while your licence is still valid, the purchased year is added to the current end date. Switching from one plan to another requires no reinstallation and loses no data.

When the licence or the trial ends, you have a 7-day grace period during which everything works. After that, the app switches to read-only: new sales are blocked, but viewing, exporting and backing up remain possible. A sale made offline before this block is always accepted when it is sent. Your data is not deleted.

8. Devices

The number of devices depends on the plan: Basic, 1 PC and 1 phone; Pro, 5 devices; Business, unlimited devices per shop. Each installation gets an identifier created by the app. The shop administrator can release a device in order to use another one.

9. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. They are the same in every country: dirhams in Morocco, euros in euro area countries, US dollars in all other countries. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase.

When purchasing opens, it will be possible to buy:

  • online on afus.app, through Polar, a payment provider; Afus never sees your bank details;
  • from a reseller, who gives you an activation code to enter in the app.

Before confirming an online purchase, you will be able to check the plan, the price and the duration, then confirm or change your choice. A written confirmation will be sent to you.

10. No automatic renewal

The licence never renews automatically: no money is taken without a new purchase on your part. A reminder is shown in the app from 30 days before the end date.

11. Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds

The 30-day free trial lets you test Afus before buying. A purchased licence is refunded in full if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase and the licence has been used to record fewer than 30 sales.

After 14 days, or once 30 sales or more have been recorded with the licence, a refund is only possible in the event of a blocking technical problem, reported to support (“Report a problem” in the app, contact@afus.app or WhatsApp), that the publisher is unable to fix.

  • Once the request is accepted, the refund is processed within 10 business days, through the same means of payment: through Polar for an online purchase.
  • A licence bought in cash from a reseller, with an activation code, is refunded by that reseller.
  • The refund withdraws the purchased licence. The shop gets back its previous paid licence if it was still running; otherwise, the app switches to read-only mode after the 7 days of grace (section 7). The shop's data is not deleted.

To request a refund, write to contact@afus.app stating the shop name, the purchase date and, where relevant, the problem encountered. The consumer's statutory rights in their country still apply.

Withdrawal

Online payment is not open yet; this section will apply to online purchases. The refund rule above does not limit the rights that the law grants to a buyer acting as a consumer.

Moroccan Law no. 31-08 on consumer protection measures provides, for distance contracts with a consumer:

  • a period of seven days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties; this period is thirty days if the supplier does not confirm in writing the information required by law (article 36); for services, it runs from the acceptance of the offer;
  • a refund of the full amount paid, without delay and at the latest within 15 days of the date on which this right was exercised (article 37);
  • exceptions, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, in particular for services whose performance began, with the consumer's agreement, before the end of the seven full days, and for computer software unsealed by the consumer (article 38).

To exercise this right, write to contact@afus.app stating the shop name and the purchase date.

12. Data and backup

The data entered in Afus belongs to the shop. The administrator can download a full backup at any time, protected by a password of their choice. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

13. Liability

The publisher undertakes to use reasonable means to provide a reliable and available service (obligation of means). The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of network or provider outages; selling then remains possible without internet.

The user remains responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the data they enter (prices, stock, customers, shop details);
  • their tax and accounting obligations;
  • the compliance of their receipts, invoices and quotes with the rules that apply to their business; Afus provides tools but does not replace an accountant.

These terms do not limit the rights the law grants to consumers and do not exclude the publisher's liability in the event of its own fault.

14. Intellectual property

The Afus software remains the property of the publisher. The licence grants a right of use for the shop for its duration; it does not allow copying, modifying, reselling or decompiling the software.

15. Changes to the terms

These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of this page. A licence already purchased remains governed, as regards its price and duration, by the terms accepted when it was bought.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution: write to us at contact@afus.app. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the courts of Casablanca, subject to the jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.

17. Contact
